Google Chrome loading very slow? SOLVED PROBLEM Quick and easy

When using Google Chrome, the loading thing first turns anticlockwise for ages, and then clockwise and the page loads. Iou tried emptying cache, reinstalling and resetting. Nothing seems to work?!
This is the solution of this problem with google chrome.

1. Click on Start;
2. In search box, type cmd;
3. Then “CMD” will be displayed in the search;
4. Now right-click on “CMD”;
5. Select “Run as administrator”;
6. Now enter this command: netsh winsock reset;
7. Press Enter;
8. Restart your PC;

With this solution you will speed up Google Chrome.
